i did purchase the stockel book - will purchase a factory manual next - would like opinions - do you like a like an actual book manual or one on disc to load in computer such as offered by faxon - also from wiring diagrams found on web my 66a100 is closer to a 67 - is it possible an in between example or do they have more than one wiring diagram in factory manual - oo3

There would be almost no difference in wiring between a '66 and a '67. Minor differences only. Me, I generally prefer paper manuals, and I try for originals rather than reprints, because I've generally been able to find them less expensively.

I prefer the original factory manuals. However if you need it in a hurry, and can't find an original, or price is a factor, the ones on disc, are better then none. I do not like ANY of the "generic" manuals.

I like to get 2 years on each side of my vehicle year in addition to the actual year. Seeing the evolution of changes gives me insights into what mfgr's found wrong or right. WIth electrical diagrams I have had to hold 3 years side by side to match my stock wiring to the diagram. And, oddly enough I find the Fargo manuals among the best for wiring and pictures. Dan, is there an A100 Fargo manual series for various years?

...not to mention the mods that might've been made from "not quite the right year" parts dragged home from the wrecking yard over the years!
There are sometimes differences between the US and Canadian manuals, though IME the content is about 90% the same with regard to identical parts and systems.
I'm sure Chrysler Canada did publish FSMs for them. I don't have any of them.

You might try autobooksbishko dot com.I got the reprint of factory manual for my 68 a108 and its really a decent piece.I also like the paper manual for any rig,you can mark the pages with greasy fingerprints that's not always cool on the mouse
