I set em on a running motor warmed up to normal temp and give them an extra thou of clearance 11/21 Been doing this for 35 years now and never had a problem . They cool better when they sit on the seat a little longer .

Warm is good :D

Interesting comment on extra gapping - I read in the Mopar Engines book ? - or one of my other mopar books:? - that to increase low end torque, the lash should be increased from 10/20 to 14/24
