hey all,
well the clutch in my truck finally went KAPOOT for the final time, so last night i ripped everything appart and found out i only have a 10" clutch in my 87 D150, now what i'm wondering is how HARD/what do i need to change to through an 11" in there??, my starter is currently in the low position(bottom resting on the oil pan lip is this correct??) also how can i get the s-l-o-p outta that ol shifta?? thanks for the help everyone

Take a mesurment on the pressure plate mounting hole bolt circle. If it's the small (10 5/8") bolt circle then you are limited to the 10" pressure plate. Also check to see if there is a second bolt pattern out further towards the flywheel's edge. If you have the larger bolt pattern, get that measurment and make some calls, the larger pressure plate will swap on to that.
