Can any of you recommend a good, long-lasting paint that I can use on my exhaust and intake manifolds? I'm thinking a silver-y color would look cool on a red engine in a black engine bay...

I've used Duplicolor High temp engine paint from O'Reilly Auto Parts, which is where I happen to work at the moment. 8) It works great for me.
Another not as cheap option that I used on my Offy 4bbl intake was to have it Jet-Hot coated. Not quite like chrome, but silvery and shiny in my opinion. I had it done a few years ago, and it still looks great.
