maybe about 350 with every thing on it just guessing though i had to take off alot of parts to move one with a hand truck once

I looked it up once but I don't remember for sure. Seems to me it was 450 or 500. I do remember that it's about 50 lb less than a 318.

450 lbs would be one of the heavier all iron motors. Some later ones were around 400. I assume you're talking about 225's here.

I believe a fully-dressed 225 slant weighs in at roughly 510 lbs(without A/C), IIRC.
