I'm not mocking you. You posted pics of your work, which tells me you want honest feedback.

One the things that makes Mopars unique (compared to Phords and Chebbies) is that the engine compartments were painted body-color. You've taken that away from your car.

You want a black engine compartment? Do what makes you happy. That's what I do. Paint it pink if that's what you like. But if I dropped a small block Chebby in my Swinger or stuck a cowl-induction scoop on the hood and posted pics of my hard work, I'd be prepared for the Mopar proud to be critical if I posted on any Mopar forum.

well when a person i go to school with suggested putting a chebby motor in it well i about flipped so yeah and the guy before me had it paiitned black and well just how it is
