For anyone thinking of new exaust gaskets, I just ordered the GPRS gasket set from Australia and was pleased to find the $37.00 price is really only $23.84 American. Now what can I get for the extra $13.16 that I have left over?

Also what is a good source for a new set of nuts and studs when I replace the gaskets?

Dorman studs and brass nuts from your local auto parts.

The triangle washers are still available from Dodge/Chrysler dealership, part # 3751 636. Be prepared - they are somewhere around $2.70 each.

Brass nuts - Dorman Part # 680-001 or 849-001 (same nut, sold to stores in different packages)

New studs (Grade-eight) - Dorman Part # 675-093

New castellated nuts for the end studs Part #AN310-5 (5/16-24) at this website.

You can read all about manifold mounting HERE if you haven’t already.

Thanks for the replies, Time to put the old girl away, so this will be a winter project. It's been snowing here today.
