I am getting ready soon to bolt up my super six setup and when dry fitting the intake I noticed it does a wave toward the back and the front slope's to the water pump are ect. Were they made that way or is it warped badly? I can sit the ports on a table and it sits flush against it and also the engine

That's normal. The front of the engine sits higher than the rear so the carb mounting pad it tilted to keep the carb level.
