I am working on a easy to adjust machanical control for the variable geometry turbo that is on the new 6.7L cummins. this will give a 1,000-1,500 rpm lower spool than a hx35 but will flow like a hx40(650 hp) I am also building header and manifolds. If anyone would be interested in the vgt than let me know, when I get it done Ill pass the information along or possibly build them for you

So how are you going to do it? There are several different kind of controls made in smaller diesel world. I had just 1 boost actuator (not very good, but simple) others 1 boost, and vacuum actuator etc... My GT2052V had vacuum, and GT2359V electric control originally.

well I plan on using a light spring(5psi) waste gate accuator with a machanical /ajustable boost controler for the vgt control. and an external waste gate for boost control.I'm shure that the vanes can't open far enough for boost control once its spooled. I may hook up the shaft speed sensor to my laptop for tuneing help. and hopfuly eventualy control it with my megasquirt.

Nick,

Sounds pretty sweet. Didn't know you were Megasquirted too. My two Darts are MSI v2.2.

Keep up the great work!
