I building my slant this winter and i plan on running some nitrous. I bought a NOS plate system used, and it will probley eventually see some 150hp hits. I was wondering what you guys reccomend for a fuel system? I have read on here that doc reccomends a separate fuel system just for the nitrous. What is involved with that? a separate fuel pickup in the tank, or just a "t" in the line were one line goes to the fuel pump for the nitrous and one for a fuel pump that goes to the carb?

For a single system that will never see more than a 150 hit I would simply run a Holley Blue pump or something similar with the lines split at the regulator. The carb and nitrous will both run on 5.5-6 psi of fuel pressure, and a blue pump will supply more than enough volume for both.

so with a blue pump, i will still use a stock pick up in the tank right? Will i have to change my line over to AN from the tank or can i keep the stock steel line?

I used the stock pickup and ran a 3/8" steel line to the regulator. I ran the line on the driver's side of the car and put the regulator on the driver's side fenderwell under the hood to make plumbing it less of a nightmare.
