Hi guys,

I have to apologize in advance for the late arrival of this last issue. I moved at the beginning of November and forgot to send Seymour my new address. The post office delivered two boxes last week of mail that has been randomly held since November. We got all kinds of Holiday well wishes and the last issue of the SSRN was also there. Seymour has done an incredible amount of work to make these issues happen, and plans are underway to try and continue those efforts, though we will miss his narrative and insight tremendously. We will post more information about that soon as things come together. However, if you're interested in being a part of SSRN, please contact Lou or myself when you have a chance.

Thanks again Seymour, its been great getting to know you and we all will miss that charm =)
