This may sound crazy, but would there be any advantage, besides being unique, to having a 6 into 3 header? Yes, triple exhaust? I know, it sounds nuts, but anyone else wonder about this? (but didn't dare ask?)

Time to get a header kit and fab a protype or rework some orginals and see what developes. What about clearence issue for early A bodies? and don't forget about the local noise police.

I worked with a mechanic at a motorcycle shop that had a 59 El Camino with a 230 six...he made headers for this out of some used Yoshida pipes for a Suzuki 750.... .you are only limited by your imagination.
