I've been following this post carefully and I can confirm that I'm in for the following items:

- Head stud kit
- Main stud kit

Although I have some questions about the main stud kit, do they support a windage tray? Are they bolt or stud? or do I have the two options?

I know the head ARP code, but I'm not sure about the mains ARP code, also not sure about they supporting the windage tray.

Anyway this is a GREAT thing you pull from Summit Wvenable, big thanks to you!!!!

When you get the phone tree press 4. Then extension 5861. This is Stan Clark. If you get his voice mail he answers it "Slater". Don't worry you have the right guy. He is based in Reno and can be reached Mon. through Thursday 8-6:30 Pacific time.

Have your part numbers and credit card ready. Tell him you are a member of the Slant Six Forum and are interested in the ARP group buy. Stan is a team leader with Summit and doesn't normally"work the phone" but will take care of us! This is all you need to get the discounted prices. To rehash:

Head stud kit = $70.95
Main stud kit = $42.95
Rod bolts (both part #'s = $42.95

I also told him that a few of us were interested in a few special parts Ford cam button and aluminum block fasteners. He said to have you part numbers and he will help the best he can.

There is only a handling charge no fee for shipping. (Don't think the free shipping applies to foreign orders.)

Good question! Don't know. I'm just trying to drag down prices and make it as beneficial for slanters as I can. To be honest I am surprized it got this far.

I can't offer the slant six community years of experience like Doc or Zilla.What I can offer is a little research and persistance - perhaps a bit of salesmanship to help out. Maybe this will make up for all of the redundant and stupid questions I have asked! It is what it is!
