It sounds like you have the passenger side engine mount bolted-on up-side-down.
The rubber cushion or spool bushing sits right under the fuel pump.

HI DOC,THANKS AND I JUST CHECKED IT, INSTALLED THE OTHER WAY IT WILL BE SITTING REALLY WAY UP AND DOES THE OIL PUMP SIT REALLY CLOSE TO THE K-MEMBER ??
IT LOOKS LIKE THE SPOOL WILL BE VERY CLOSE TO THE FUEL PUMP AND VACUME ADVANCE.ALSO LOOKS LIKE IF I TRY THAT IT WILL PUT THE OIL PUMP ALMOST RIGHT ON THE K-FRAME.
IM REALLY LOST HERE AS IM SURE YOU CAN TELL.
DO YOU KNOW ANYONE WITH SOME PICS OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN TELL

... close to the vacuum advance and fuel pump.
Yes, that is how it goes together.
There is enough room, give it a try.
