My FSM fails to show any rear seat belt installation diagram for my 64 Dodge Dart and I am wondering if they were a factory installed item in that year. If not, how would you do this installation so as to provide the proper degree of safety? Thank you.

I did not have any in my '64 Dart. They were probably an option?

Best to look at a '65-up car or diagrams and weld some large (2" or bigger) and thick (0.090" or thicker) washers to the underside of the floor where your bolts will go through.

Anchorage points are present from the factory -- the belts themselves were optional.
