All set, though I'm watching the weather.

40% chance of rain Saturday, 60% Sunday doesn't look too promising.

Won't make this trip. Tired of racing a 18 second car with a 12 second car in the garage, almost ready to go. Putting my efforts into finishing that and planning for Las Vegas. I'm with Marc...betting on Red Light Wendy.

The Season ending Killer Bee Team dinner will be held at the Burrito Bandito, its located about a mile north of the track at 8938 airport road. Hopefully the race will run smoothly and we can meet at the resterant between 5:30 and 6:00 pm Saturday evening....
So the "free" team dinner Saturday night is a "rain or shine" event... right?

Yes rain or shine, earlier if we cant race, we can even make it a brunch if the weather is horrible.
I am going because these forecasts are spotty, we have raced at Redding when the forecast has been worse, we may have a window to race on Saturday.

I am trying to get hold of Bob Lidell the track manager to see if he is even going to schedule a race. Sergio said that if the race was not held this weekend, it will be the following weekend which looks like it will be clear both days. We want to make sure that those that are driving a long ways will be accomdated. I have a email to Richard and Andrew but neither have called. I will also call PJ to get some imput. If anyone can get hold of CJ or has his phone number, please have him call me..Also, need Doug > I know it is early in the am but we need to firm this up one way or another. If you all want to go, rain or shine, let me know...That will then eliminate the make up weekend if races don't go off as scheduled..If anyone is up, please call me (530) 345-4222

Thanks,Wayne

REDDING UPDATE: I just talked with Bob Lidell, track manager and he said it 'DOESN'T LOOK GOOD'. They cannot rescedule this year as the following weekend I thought was okay, IS NOT...They are having a go cart meet and so NO GO...It will most likely be rescheduled in the early Spring so we may have one extra race next year at Redding. Talked with Sergio and we are to call Bob around Noon..he will make decision then. KEEP CHECKING THE WEBSITE...KEEP CHECKING THE WEBSITE.
Feel free to call myself or Sergio and please someone call or email CJ and Richard to call

Richard, Linda and CJ are standing by in Lovely Chiloquin Oregon!

Truely a vacation destination. :D

We'll wait 'till we get the final decision. It got down to ~20° last night! Brisk.
