OK if we can get a 18 wheeler car transport trailer to make a round trip, with the several stops from Oregon down through parts of Calif.
So how many could your shop hold for camping Mark :?:

My opinion is its over ,the points as they are is final. My concern is that scheduling has become very difficult due mostly circumntances beyond our control. There are troubled waters ahead for a couple of our tracks, they may not be available. In my opinion our efforts should go towards securing a properly spaced out scheduled which allows for the greatest participation from all regions for next year. I also agree we should attempt a get together to include awards and a the start of a concensus for next year plans. I would like to pass the treasury position to someone else ,any volunteers please call me .

I just talked with both Andrew and CJ. I think we should make it simple and all Killer Bee Members vote..talley the vote and the majority rules.

DO YOU WANT THE POINTS RACE TO END NOW OR AFTER THE RACE THAT MAY..MAY BE RESCHEDULED IN SPRING 2011?

NOW OR LATER?????

Maybe CJ can keep a talley with totals..

We know what CJ and Doug and Bruce/Wendy are voting..How about all the others members..Please respond..

Just talked with Aric...He think we should end the points now in 2010 and start fresh in 2011 with new points. Please add NOW ...for Aric

I am still undecided...so will imput later.

After looking at the points total for the Bee's, the closest other racers would have to go 2 rounds more than myself to take it.
While I do like to race the weather is something very un-controlable, there is no guaranty that it would be nice at any time.
The worst part about this weekend is not being able to be with all of our friends and enjoying our sport.

It appears that rescheduling will not be an easy or sure thing. We both agree that it is best to call it a season. Thanks for a year of the fun, thrills and great camaraderie. Wendy & Bruce

I vote to end the season too.

But I would like to interject this into the discussion, we would have been someplace in Oregon, when the decision was made to cancel the race, without any idea that it was done until late Friday night or Saturday morning.

Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your viewpoint, but due to a family situation, we had to cancel plans to make the race. We were lucky that we could cancel our hotel reservations without any repercussions. Others may not have been so lucky.

I vote to end it now and start fresh in the spring. With Medford and Infineon being canceled, it was kind of a wash year anyway.

Marc, I would be up for a race in your area next year.

Shoot me a PM and we'll add you to my phone list. Linda and I were about half way with Fopar when we were notified. (Chiloquin)

Let's get a solid data-base of cells going. If your going to make a race, let somebody know so we can call and keep you up-to-date on any changes.

It didn't impact me too much. A couple days of vacation, and eighty bucks for gas and mochas. As it was, we got a visit in with Linda's folks, so not an issue at all for me. Fopar had fun poking around in Neil's collection of toys. Who knows? He might field a '55 Morris with a slant if he decides that little Morris needs a new home!
