Still work in progress, need to paint strip everything under the hood and the body need more sanding to bare-metal...

Fenders are off the car and amazingly not even a SINGLE HOLE of rusted panel behind the front tires and inside the fender well... not bad for 44 yr old lady ay?...

Combination of hot air gun and a scraper until like this:

then brush on the paint stripping chemical and leave to dry for a few minutes, then wipe it off.

Finally use the power-tool with the abrasive paper on and sanding it down till like this:
