Can anyone tell me what years Mopar window cranks will interchange with a 83 Dodge van? I am looking at a pair of custom window cranks on eBay that say they are for 57-early 70s "Mopar products."

Will window cranks from a 70 Duster, say, fit an 83 Dodge van?
