do you think the roller rockers would hold up in daily driving with the spray bar valve cover?

They would for a while, my bet is that after a while they would beat a roller axle out of the aluminium body.

Truth is that the stock SL6 rockers ar pretty good, stick with those for street use. You can measure the ratio with a dial indicator and pick the ones with the most.
