i really want to put side pipes on my van, ill have the dutras, and i have a 2 bbl carb on it, stock besides that. would this be a good idea or bad idea? sound wise? i appreciate any advice.

I have a glasspack sidepipe on my Dart, I like it. Drones a bit at 70+, but aside from that, pretty sweet.

We have a Flowmaster 40 Series which comes out just before the left rear tire on Girlfriend Rhondas 66 Valiant... And yes it drones as well. But the looks are worth it...

thats really funny because lately ive been thinking of naming my van rhonda. but yeah it seems like the flowmaster 40 series is the way to go. although i was thinking of the patriot side pipes. mean looks, but i went to a muffler shop and the owner told me to get a V8 and come back. sooo....

i want these.

Not to be a wet blanket,but are side pipes legal in CA? You need to check the laws,so you don't spend money one week,get busted by the cops next week, and spend more money next week to fix it.

and im not worried about johnny law. in la orange county theyre more concerned with hondas and people in audis and bmws racing down the freeways. is it illegal though? i cant seem to find info on it.
