hmm, here's another one--I can't find that pipe anywhere over here in N.Y.-
both of my cats' are clogged and was wanting to eliminate them- at least the front on up close to the manifold. no one carries the Walker #43110-- any suggestions where I can find one? or any thing like that? thanks, da Prof

ok- there is a Walker 43110 on ebay-$49- I got one from Advanced Auto-$54, that's returnable if need too

I redid my 87 B150 exhaust all from walker parts (and a brand I don't recall rear-cat) from auto parts warehouse.

I think I looked up parts for a 1975 w/same wheelbase (I think it was under $300 for everything).

I think for the same setup there was a pipe to put in place of the rear cat too.

cool-- what I did hear up here in N.Y. is that I can take my cats off, but fail a visual inspection!-hmm, so I was going to leave the further one back on, just know it empty!-the muffler and tail pipe are all still good.

--epilogue -- found a 43110 at Advanced auto- cut off the cats, first one was totally empty and clogged the second one. cleaned all out, reinstalled second cat with new muffler. Now I get 14.8 + mpg. and great pick up--(like, duh)---just a bit noisy from no cats on line--da Prof--
