hi guys
has anyone out there had any dealings with GPRS in Australia in regards to the slant six gasket combo. asking because i went to there site that dan had on here and ordered the gasket combo . i placed the order on may 25th through paypal, i havent received and email to acknowledge the order or nothing .i been sending emails, nothing, i even called and left messages to email me or call, still nothing, they got the payment because i checked with the credit card people and it was taken. and i think i was too by GPRS.
has anyone else run into this problem with them . very frustrated

Yup, too many of us have run into that same problem with them. Great quality gaskets, but slow shipping and poor followup/follow-through. At last report (quite some time ago) they were having family health issues -- their mother had cancer, and still may -- but obligations are obligations, and in this case the two options for "right thing to do" are either (1) stop offering products for sale that they cannot actually ship for whatever reason, or (2) delegate the order processing and shipping duties to someone else until such time as they can do it themselves again. They do not appear to have done either, and though I've been a booster of theirs for quite awhile based on the quality of the product and their (formerly) fast shipping, I have to withdraw my support because this present bullѕhit is just not acceptable regardless of circumstances.

well i guess i can say it just cost me 49.00 to learn the hard way .i really appreicate the info though Dan .i'll just make my own , here is a question for you, how hot (tempature) does the manifold get on a slany six, i can get 1/8 gasket material that is good for 600 deg.

If items are paid with PayPal and not received, you can make a complaint through PayPal and get a full refund. Just follow the recipe for a complaint, and enclose a copy of your emails. Works great!

Dan guess what , I finally got an email today saying they mailed my gaskets out today (june 1st) so now i just got to wait for it, so i didn't get ripped of, it felt good to see that email tonight. , just wanted to let you know
