Mark, if you think I will call him and tell him not to read your post YOU ARE SO WRONG. Just try it and see if it does work with your sloped windshield, it might.

I dont need to ,look at my hood,no pressure under there,Will need to raise hood at the back next year at Vegas when I put the NOS plate under what I have for the B Nitrious record. If the motor survives Sacremento I will not tear down and freshen like I should.Gonna just add a 100 shot for Vegas, and pray.Motor has over 350 easy passes on it.Guzzi Mark

Curious where I went wrong.Built car and motor to try to get me in the 11s.Think I just got lucky on outcome.Jefferies built me the head knowing I just wanted a 11 something. Now its got me thinking, what if I told him I want a 10 something head.Without his advise and guideness I wouldnt bee going after his c gas record. He gave me the blueprint,I built it and it has surpassed both our expectations.Thank You Mike.Guzzi Mark

Something tells me he gave you the nuclear banana.

He knows his stuff, and provides the best to his customers. That you were shooting for 11's, all motor, that pretty much puts you in the stratosphere as far as a slant head goes.

If you didn't gap the rings for nitrous you may not like the outcome Mark.

With all those passes on the engine, the ring gaps are likely a little wider then the initial set-up.
Spray it and see what happens!

After talking with Doug,I dont THINK i will have a problem with the ring gap.I gapped them origanally to Wisecos race spec but cant remember what that was.Do know I ground them quite alot, and with 400 passes they have had to opened up some,What is the rule of thumb gap needed for nitrious?Guzzi Mark
