Has anyone tried to install Clifford shorty headers on a 63-66 "A" body with a 225 and power steering? Did you have a clearence problem with the steering box?
I am trying to put these headers on a 64 Valiant, and have to raise the engine approx one inch on the driver side mount. With this much lift, it is not possible to close the hood, with a air cleaner installed.

I looked at my 66 Valiant with a 225 manual steering and these same headers, and it looks like it would have the same problem, if it had a power steering box.
