I need help getting my parts together.
I have set of Dutra Duals and an Offy 4 barrel coming in the mail

Will i need a block off plate for the hotbox on the exhaust manifold? Doesn't look like they bolt together as do the super six manifolds

If i do need a block off plate, how thick can i go? there's an 1/8" thick one on ebay.

which rear manifold???? stock cut one will need gasket ...custom doug dutra one does not use it

If the set of Dutra manifolds is the type that has a modified factory manifoldto use as the rear section, then it should all bolt together like a factory set-up.
If it's "Dual Dutra Duals" (two new Dutra castings) then there is no intake heat opening so nothing needs to be blocked-off.

OHHH! thanks Doug. That makes sense now. Yes mine is a modified manifold i did myself. Cut it in half and welded the cut shut. i did not close up the exhaust manifold at the hot box. Wasnt aware that yours did that. Thank you for the clarification. i have learned
