Hi all, just curious about who makes the best quality gasket sets for slants? Victor? Felpro? Others? Thanks

If building a full engine, I typically use the Felpro kit...Recently using higher compression ratios for Race, the Felpro head gasket didn't cut it (10:1 OK, 12:1 no go), but the Victor Reinz head gasket worked like a charm (up to 12:1 OK)... The best head gasket I have used was the Permaseal Aussie gasket, but limited offering here in the USA. Remflex intake/exhaust to head gaskets are worth the money as well in case the manifold is a little off or you are using a mix and match set of parts and unsure if you can true the full set (hyperpak intake and dual exhaust, etc...)

I've been bitten too hard and too often by Fel-Pro; they are my last choice. Other than that, I agree with DusterIdiot's recommendations.
