For the lean tip in I'd try and open up the secondary butterflie up just a touch and try to have the transfer slot barely exposed or I like to set mine even with the blade of the throttle plate
U may have to readjust your idle mixture screws to get the proper afr on idle

Kev how do you have your brp
v referenced to introduce boost pressure to open it? I like to see how other people set there's up?
