Ok did all the inspections and everything looks sweet. I set up two standard push rods for now to do some measuring before my smith brothers push rods come in the mail. My only issue is, is this enough oil like a few have suggested to me which could be the problem.

Sorry, the quality of that video is too poor for me to be able to determine how much oil is coming out of the rocker arm tips. There should be a steady and noticeable flow if all is well.

It is hard to tell from the vid, BUT it does look to be a little on the shy side. I would def check to see if you have a restriction somewhere. The rear of engine looks to have even less than the fronts... (and I believe they feed rear to front, but dont count on me knowing that as gospel ) Also does sound very noisy which it would be with low lubrication... M2C

I have to idle my engine down to as low as it will click over without stalling say 450 rpm to keep from coating windshield, inner fenders, hood, and floor with spattered oil when setting lash. If engine is turning over at 600 rpm or higher every surface gets baptized.

You need to remove rockers from shaft keeping them and spacers in order of removal, (I just thread the whole shoot’en match onto a length of 14/2 house wire) and flush out each rocker’s internal passages with brake cleaner, as well as shaft, and blow dry. Shaft’s oil holes face valve springs.

There is no restriction in the shaft or rockers. Might need to put a oil pressure gauge on. I might also try an original rocker shaft see if that makes a difference I've currently got one on there from rockerarms.com. With reconditioned rockers. What about blowing compressed air down the last rocker shaft bolt what are he odds of some thing being blocked in the oil passages in the head? Or removing the rear bolt, making sure that number 6 rocker doesn't slip start the engine and see if something foreign comes out of the hole? Or does the bolt restrict the area to create pressure?

I haven’t gone back to reread previous posts so forgive me if this is old news, but if you are sure about all top side oil passages of rockers and shaft are clean, then the problem may simply be low oil pressure. Aside from the usual low oil pressure causes such as sloppy bearing clearances, and worn pump, it may be as simple as cleaning a sticky oil pressure relief spring & piston, and or shimming its spring to boost pressure to deliver more oil flow to top end.
