With the head still in the car there is are 2 half inch bolt holes that you can attach to with either a leveler or a length of chain. Without that I would recommend a bolt in each corner of the head bolt locations meeting in the middle to lift from.

between the valvecover and manifold are 3/8 sae course thread holes, might have to remove some brackets to use

Use a single bolt and a "looped" strap, bolted onto the front bolt boss only, when pulling / installing the engine only.

Run a strap between the front and back bolt bosses, when pulling / installing the engine with the transmission attached.
