I have an 87 D-100 rwd,A-833. I am looking for the name or part number for the plastic manifold (?) that sits on the back of intake manifold. It has three ports. 1.port for brake booster vac hose. 2.port for cruise control vac hose 3.port for heat/ac controller. One of the ports is broken off leaving two useful ports for heat/ac and brake booster. I want to replace the part rather than plugging broken port taking a chance of cracking the plastic.

The closest name I can think of is "vacuum tree", or "vacuum tee"... But neither of those comes up with relevant results on the various parts store websites I checked.

I believe you are referring to what is commonly known as the "vacuum tree." As far as I know, these are not available new. This part was shared across decades of slant sixes and V-8s, so you should be able to scrounge up a replacement at a local boneyard or swap meet.

That's a junkyard item, and was used on V-8's as well so if you have any pre-90's vehicles in the local wrecking yard, that's where you can get them.

I might have one from a late truck knocking around the shop I'd part with for $5+shipping.

After I looked at the vacuum tree which sounds like a good name for this part I discovered it looks to be made of a pot metal or aluminum. I plugged the broken port and covered it with JB weld. I will let it set up and then see if I was successful in closing it off. Now for the check valve in the brake booster that is another issue. I purchased a new valve and it does not fit properly. The new valve is a smaller diameter than the old one and came with two rubber grommets. The larger one fits in the booster housing great but I can't figure out how the second one with the check valve fits into it. The only thing I can figure out is to super glue it. Any suggestions?
