I have talked about this in another thread, but here are photos of the results. There are still a few things to do, but I have to get some .045" aluminum first.

I will be happy to write some of this up if there is interest. None of the bottom pan is visible in normal viewing. The air dam is fairly innocuous in normal viewing as well. This does make service more difficult, most notably draining the coolant, which I just did recently. I could likely build in a trap door for that if I wanted to do so. Right now there are other more pressing things to do.

The air dam started life as a late 80's Chevy pick up item. The pan was bent by me from aluminum stock, and painted.
