Were there automatic overdrive transmissions in Volares or Aspens that i could swap into my 73 Dart? If not is there any overdrives that would be a pretty simple installation into my Dart?

No bolt on OD automatic transmissions for the /6. Also look at the Gear Vendors thread. If "simple" means relative minor hacking, bashing and cutting of the chassis, do a search. Several others have done OD transmission.

I just put in an OD manual tranny, except for hacking the floorboards, it was easy-peasy lemon squeezy. Check out the link in my thingy below my picture below.... :)
