I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE A CONVERSION KIT FOR MY PRO STREETED 170 SLANT SIX '65 VALIANT, FROM A CHICAGOLAND MOPAR DEALER AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY QUIT MAKING THEM. DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND ONE, I HAVE TRIED JEGS, SUMMIT, MANCINI, ETC. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Unfortunately, the kits are discontinued. They still pop up on Ebay fairly often, but the ones I have seen end up going for over $200. You can piece your own kit together at the parts store, and wire it yourself using the articles here (Check the Article Section) for around $100.
