I just got a carter AFB 9500-500cfm 4bbl carburetor and an offy 4bbl intake. My question ...Is this carburetor/intake set up too much for
my stock 225 slant six. I plan on using this as my daily driver.
Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

This should be a good carb(remember that you will only be running on the primarys most of the time)but you most likely will have some tuning to do and someone else will have to chime in on this as Holleys are my forte and I know very little about the Carters.
Also,you will either want to install larger exuast or better yet a set of Dutra duals to help it breathe better on the exaust side.
