Has anyone fitted a later hump in an early car? I'd like to know how well the floor shift carpet laid on top of it. Not seeing any steel humps new or used for '66, and prefer not to use the fiberglass if I dont have to.

Haven't seen the results after the carpet was installed, but I know with a fair amount of metal work and hammer use the 1967-1980 A/F body humps can be cobbeled into a 1963-1966 car...
