The routing of the la lines would be different than the slant ones due to oil pan, exhaust routing, etc... but if you are handy with a flare tool and a tubing bender I see no reason you or someone else could not bend up your own.

From the rad... straight back; the other... back, over, and back; then they 90 up, and head back behind the exhaust manifold

Then they 90 down, then back at a 40-45 along the engine to bell housing bracket

They are secured in a piece of tin that bolts to the engine/bell housing junction

And then on back to the transmission

They are secured to each other on the vertical at the front of the motor, and in the tin bracket at the back of the motor. I've experienced a couple small variations, but that might be who did it on what day or which model.
