There are a lot of different steering column types for the A-Body cars so the quick answer to your question is no.

Many of the columns do inerchange, the main groupings are:
60-61
62-66
67-71? (ignition key moved into column)
73 & up (locking column and all kinds of wiring differences)

Steering shafts inside the column has more interchangeability, basically it is shorter for the power steering box.

What year / model is your car and what are you trying to do?

a friend has a 69 dart with a bad coulum there is a 71 parts car he can get its a 100miles away a tree fell on it crushed the rear end anyway he wanted to know thanks for the info i will pass it on
