Most good old boys use a block of wood...LOL...but a nice adjustable unit would be nice to install...

Anyone using a diaphragm clutch should have one especially when racing when you are concentrating
on the tach and shifts not whether the pedal hit the metal and over extended the clutch cover finger...

I had a chance to crew on a Pro Stock truck about 20 years ago . Part of between rounds maintenance was setting the clutch gap and that was done by adjusting the stop.

Yep, good stuff. I have an adjustable rod on the clutch master cyl on the 64 Dart and adjust that to get the pedal low down so the floor is the stop. 1/2-2/3 of the OEM clutch travel, which is terrible.
