I may be confused and thinking of a 318 crank, but didn't the late model (81 ) engines (225) use a hollow throw narrow rod journal cast crank ?

"What do you call a broken crankshaft?"
"A crankshat."

Seriously, though, the crank journal size changed with the running change from forged to cast cranks in 1976. None are hollow.

Either I fat finger or the key board sticks )) I just could not remember. I knew some LA cranks were hollow.
