The cam has value as a core for a reground, especially when it is matched to the original oil pump drive gear. Maybe 10 to 15 dollars. Shipping usually kills the deal because cams are heavy and the package is long. I sold a used cam to a member here at .org to be reground. To save shipping money he paid me for the cam and had me send it directly to Oregon Cams for re grinding. That eliminated one leg of the shipping.
Used lifters have little value, new ones can be bought for a small premium over having the OE lifters re ground.

About the only slant six parts that bring enough money in to make selling a worthwhile endeavor are:
Super Six manifolds, 198 rods and mopar cast aluminum cylinder heads.

would this be a new in the box combo?? or used, take-out? That would effect the answer a bit.
