Can anyone supply me with a drawing of the gasket for the exhaust manifold choke stove gasket (1972ish)?
I am considerirng having some made. I thought I had one to trace around, but that turns out not to be the case.
I don't need a gasket, I am just considering having some made.

The one that was on my car completely crumbled today. Half i had to chisel off of the manifold so i wasn't able to get you a tracing

Is it possible to trace the spot on the manifold?

Get a piece of gasket material (every parts store used to sell it in rolls) cut a piece slightly big, set it on the hole in manifold and with a small ball peen tap around the edges of the hole, there's your trace.
I know that regular old gasket paper won't hold up in actual service but would be a great template.
Maybe you could do with a heavy piece of cardboard like what's on the back of a tablet of paper?
I've seen a few of the cups pop up recently on eBay for like $20-ish. I don't know if they'd come with one.
All of the slants that I've dealt with in the past ~20 years or so have had the newer style manifold where you don't need the gasket so no help there.
Another thought I know that you can buy reflex gasket material from the company,
and though I know it isn't cheap to do so /but I wonder if that sort of material would hold up to the heat? The samples they send out seem like they were even close in size to what you're after? I'm sure those are cut offs, scrap etc off of a larger gasket stamping.
I've seen plastics companies and metal working companies sell their trailings for smaller projects I wonder if that might be a good way to get material for what you're doing?

what I would like to do is have some manufactured. I don't need one for myself.
I'm just trying to supply hard to find parts.

it would have been hard for me to do the hammer trick over gasket materials with it on the car with the intake there too. I already have it sealed up now and it's not leaking so i don't want to take it back apart right now.

Can you just get an extra choke spring Mechanism and then remove the spring and guts from it and trace the sheet metal stamping to get a pattern?
