Now however, there is one bolt that I can't get to go all the way in.

So I'm guessing I should loosen the other bolts, then tighten each one a bit until they all go in, what do y'all think?
No you shouldn't need to do that if it is all up flush against the block. Is the bolt too long possibly? How many threads is it turning in?

Thanks for the reply Rick.
I don't think the bolt is too long, I'll look at it again this week when I can, maybe spray some WD-40 on it.

Which bolt is it? If it is one of the top ones, I think 3 of those are blind holes into the block through the bell housing flange.

For the top one that's a pain in the butt, I have a flex socket and a 24" extension. Cheap at Harbor Freight or Amazon, and a real timesaver.
