OK (comprehension is hard for me) - So Fri Night is slant racing.

No racing during day on Sat.

Sat night we could just participate in the Octane Night event, but it's not slant specific.

Correct?

If there's enough interest there will be a Slant race Saturday night. The main Slant races are on Friday.

I am going to push for an official Slant 6 race Saturday night too, as the track agreed to earlier, for whoever is still there Saturday. I will confirm with the track.

We will have two sets of eliminations on Friday night, which is the night we are paying for private track rental.

Joel, I am sad you will not make it. Hopefully we will be able to do something next year...

Excellent. Sheena and I will come again. We had a great time at Knoxville '24 and look forward to it again. I'll be there Fri night with my '76 Scamp. She'll meet there on Saturday.

Lou, please ask what the rainout policy is for Friday night. Hopefully if it does they'll open up early Saturday and we'll still get a bunch of racing in.

Both of our Slant 6 races will be Friday night. None Saturday. They are having a normal race night Saturday night and I think that starts at 7:00pm or close to it. Someone else will post for sure on the times. Right now I am planning to stay over and race Saturday night also.

I'm planning on actually coming to one of your guys events ..
I couldn't get off work till noon Friday but headed out straight from there.
Next town north of slantzilla's. "Skunkworks". Which is a 45 min head start vs leaving from home.
So how many people will be hanging out Saturday? I have a room in Lexington, baymont by Wyndham.
Plan is to bring a few goodies out of the shed, out from under my mothballed truck and my garage attic....
Have some of it in my for sale thread. " Some thinks I will probably never use" is the thread.
I have some other goodies as well ..
I have other stuff not listed there as well... I'll add it there.

We were scheduled to do the 1/4 mile race Saturday during their bracket race. If enough interest there will be one.

Every other track within 200 miles is having a big bucks race or special show. I doubt we'll be overcrowded.
