I noticed that Ford sixes have their own performance store. You can buy everything there, including high compression pistons and Aussie crossflow heads. Does anybody know of a similar store for slants.

The Cox Boys are the closes thing the Slants have to a Full Srevice" store. n
Next comes Clifford but as we know, Slants are not their "bread and butter" product area.

They are in Columbus, Ohio. 614/268-9920. Ask for Jim or John and they will fix you up.

The Cox Brother's actually do this on the 'side' to their main business, and it grew out of filling the need of other enthusiats, and to make some side $$$ for their hobby (like some guys on this board who offer other services over the winter like windage trays, and rebuilding services).

If you send an e-mail or call them, they are exceptionally nice guys, and will send you a catalog with lots of goodies in it... Being a sheet metal worker myself, I spent an hour on the phone talking 'shop' and slants and those guys know their stuff...

Hi DI,

Thanks for the information, I'll call them today. I was just hoping they had an online catalog.

it seems like in america if it has does'nt have a v8 then why bother hot rodding. I have managed to impress alot of harley guys with my custom early eighties japanese 4 cyl motorcycles, i hope to do the same with the dart and the local hot rodders. its more fun having to get creative. 72swing has a good site going on.
