How do I wire in a 73 slant six alternator into a sixty six valiant with a slant six? Also same question for 73 voltage regulator.

note: already converted to electronic ignition from 73.

The later alternator has an isolated field, and the older one has one end grounded. Just ground one of the field terminals. I also suggest getting an electronic regulator. It is easier to install one of the aftermarket ones to the existing system than to convert over to the later regulator. You want a VR706 regulator from a NAPA store.
