There used to be a company named Wolverine, and they had a reasonably priced line of mild performance cams, and components under the "Blue Racer" name. I think it was around 2 years ago, Crane Cams bought Wolverine, to get the name "Blue racer". This is what I heard, and could be wrong. I do know Crane sold a lot of Wolverine "Blue Racer" parts to bulk purchasers. Several people on this site, myself included, bought lifters and timing sets from "Motorville Wholesale". You can contact Crane Cams at Cranecams.com or their tech line at 904-258-6174

I was only partially right. Crane bought "Blue Racer" a few years ago, not 2 years. I had to call Crane today, about something else, and asked about it. The no longer carry any slant six cams, due to the unavailability of cores. They are supposed to fax me some info on the "Blue Racer cams, so we can determine what cam you have based on the lift.
BTW the area code I listed is incorrect. The correct area code is: 386-258-6174

When I wrote down the number I was thinking "Jacksonville has the same area code as Orlando?" the wife and I lived in there for 3 years a while back. Thanks for the inquire on my behalf. I'm looking farward to finding out the numbers.

Yes, and sorry to say, it is not good. They don't have the info on those cams in their computer data base. This means they would have to manually look in the different catalogs (old ones) to get the specs for each different cam (time consuming). They reccommend, pull the timing cover, and cam sprocket, and get the number from the front of the cam. Then contact them, and they can give you the specs.
Or if you wish get the number to me, and I will contact them. I do recommend, doing this, if for no other reason, to get the valve lash numbers.
