Hi all,

This year I am finally going to give my '68 Dart the attention it deserves. Media blasting to bare metal, bodywork, basecoat/clearcoat paintjob.

One obstacle is in the way, however: where do I find weatherstripping for a 4 door Dart? I can only seem to find 2 door stuff anywhere. Does anybody, like Lou, etc.? who have 4 door cars know where I can get 4-door weatherstripping?

What-all weatherstrips do you need? Door, trunk, etc?

Try Restoration Specialties, they seem to have a good selection of parts like that. I just got windlace for my '63 Valiant (2 of them) 4-dr sedan. Their web site is www.restorationspecialties.com. Good luck. RMDV.

Thanks RMDV, I will check them out.

Dan, I would like to replace all of the rubber when the car is painted. There are no leaks at the doors, but the rubber is well worn.

My 68 Dart has original weatherstripping, almost throughout, so I'll be very interested in what you find. My guess is you could buy 2dr (post?) wstrip and cut pieces to fit.
