I just bought a 69 Valiant 4 dr for my daughter and was factory 3spd(it came without a an engine or trans)and plan on using the 225 and 904 from a 75 Duster.
What I need to know is how do I keep the backup lights and the park/neutral safety start feature? Can I just use the trans harness from the Duster?
Any help is much appreciated.

The 75 904 should have a 3 pin safety switch, the center pin is for the safety lock-out and the outer pins are for the reverse lights.
Pull the plug and wires from the donor car and splice them into your 69.

my 63 dart 270 has stainless covers over the sqaure cut outs where the back up lights would be. I found a 63 GT with the back up lights and lenses. If I get em how do I wire them up to work??
