what tools am i going to need to look into getting to port the head on my motor? a dremel? what kind of blades am i going to wanna use? any advice on tools or tricks would be appreciated.

I used a dremmel with a tungsten carbide cutter, several different size stones and even the long thin ones made for sharpening chain saw chains.
The cutter cuts much better when cool, some drill oil works well. All I really did was air cool it. Once it would stop cutting I woud smoothe the areas I just cut with a stone untill the cutter cooled. I worked on the head for about 8 hours.
